• Vernon Dewayne Sasser, Atkins Avenue, Norwood, was issued an order for arrest for assault with deadly weapon, assault on female, and habitual assault, Aug. 25.
• Jessie Clifton Owens, Rocky River Road, Oakboro, was issued a warrant for larceny of motor vehicle, felony larceny and fraud, Aug. 25.
• Stanly Salvage, N.C. 24/27, Albemarle, reported a larceny-misd., Aug. 26.
• Department of Transportation, Coble Avenue, Albemarle, reported damage to property, Aug. 23.
• Michael Patrick Sullivan, Prospect Church Road, Albemarle, was arrested for misd. larceny, Aug. 26.
• William Bradley Melton, Eagle Head Court, New London, was arrested for misd. larceny, Aug. 26.
• Bud Barry Hulin, Gravel Hill Road, Denton, was issued a warrant for assault with deadly weapon, Aug. 26.
• Eltus Andrews Story, Oakwood Road, Albe-marle, reported financial identity fraud, Aug. 29.
• Earlene Cunningham Allison, Moss Lane, New London, reported a breaking/entering and larceny after breaking/entering, Aug. 27.
• Running Creek Elementary School, Running Creek Church Road, Locust, reported damage to property, Aug. 29.
• Owen Brantley Reed, Bear Creek Church Road, Albemarle, reported fraud, Aug. 27.
• Kathy Wright Thompson, Watts Street, Albemarle, reported a larceny, Aug. 27.
• Rock Solid Construction, Badin, reported fraud and embezzlement, Aug. 26.
• Casey Ryan Mauldin, Bethlehem Church Road, Norwood, was issued a citation of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Aug. 27.
• Ericka Suzanne Tindal, Cedar Ridge Lane, Albemarle, was issued a citation for expired reg. plate, Aug. 27.
• Stacey Ritchie Patterson, Daybreak Ridge, Gold Hill, was arrested for possession of controlled substance in jail and possession of drug paraphernalia, Aug. 28.
• Christina Marie Vanderburg, Big Bear Road, Albemarle, was arrested for second degree trespass, Aug. 27.
• Candice Willene McSwain, Plank Road, Norwood, was issued warrants for forgery, uttering, and financial card theft, Aug. 27.
• John Timothy Strain, Sugar Hill Road, York, S.C., was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear, Aug. 27.

57 nursing homes win enhancement grants
