Sunday, February 7, 2010 — Stanly Soil and Water Conservation District will sell pine tree and hardwood seedlings at the Stanly County Agri-Civic Center in Albemarle. The types of trees that will be sold are loblolly Pine, longleaf pine, white pine and persimmons. Loblolly and white pines will be sold for $2.15 per dozen, longleaf pines will be sold for $3.15 per dozen and persimmons will be sold three to a bundle at $3.15. There will be bundles of 50 in the loblolly and white pines for $8.60.
