• Mitchell Jermaine White, 22, was arrested on a charge of possession of Sch. II on Lundix Street at Washington Lane, Aug. 27.
• Annmarie Meghann Burtner, 22, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear at South Third Street, Aug. 27.
• Tray Jaquel Watkins, 16, was arrested on a charge of simple assault at Stoker Terrace, Aug. 28.
• Yvette Denise Lee, 44, was arrested on a charge of worthless check at Arey Avenue, Aug. 28.
• Randy Kimbell Nash, 32, was arrested on a charge of assault on female-misdemeanor at Northeast Connector, Aug. 28.
• William Louis Clark, 55, was arrested on a charge of DWI on South Second Street at Rock Creek Drive, Aug. 28.
• Darrell Maurice Blackmon, 22, was arrested on a charge of assault-simple at South Third Street, Aug. 29.
• Darrell Dorian Shutters, 50, was arrested on a charge of DWI at North First Street, Aug. 29.
• Kelley Jerome Medley, 41, was issued a citation of Ndl-revoked on U.S. 52 North at North First Street, Aug. 27.
• Kevin Joseph Kubacki, 53, was issued a citation of speed-school zone on Carolina Avenue at Austin Street, Aug. 27.
• James Jeffery Wells, 21, was issued a citation of speed-school zone on Carolina Avenue at Greenwood Street, Aug. 27.
