• Richard Dale Morton, of Bear Claw Road, Oakboro, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of assault and battery, Nov. 9.
• Bernice Hunt, of Hwy. 49, New London, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of assault on female and communicating threats, Nov. 9.
• Mark Anthony Whitley, of Bear Creek Church Road, New London, was issued a warrant on a charge of assault on female, Nov. 9.
• Kelli Dawn Bowers, of Atkins Avenue, Norwood, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of worthless check, Nov. 9.
• Bobby Ray Newsome, of Austin Road, Albemarle, reported fraud, Nov. 10.
• Tracy Upright, of Efird Road, Albemarle, reported a breaking and entering and larceny of Nintendo game system, TV, Nintendo games and laptop computer, Nov. 10.
• Douglas Brian Hrynyk, of River Road, Stanfield, reported a breaking and entering and larceny of cash, Nov. 10.
• Jon-Eric Vincent Earnhardt, of Deland Drive, Norwood, reported a breaking and entering and larceny of laptop computer and pistols, Nov. 10.
• Lisa Elizabeth Preslar, of East Main Street, Albemarle, reported a breaking and entering and larceny of jacket and cigarettes, Nov. 8.
• Barbara Gail Brumley, of U.S. 52 South, Albemarle, reported the larceny of a wallet and vehicle being taken without permission, Nov. 11.
