Tuesday, November 3, 2009 — Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

• Jennifer Burris Stokes, of N.C. 73, Albemarle, was issued a warrant on a charge of worthless check, Oct. 15.

• George Edward Swarigen, of Melton Road, New London, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of communicating threats, Oct. 15.

• Richard Allen Cascio, of Mission Church Road, Locust, reported the larceny of a utility trailer, Oct. 18.

• Robert William Coley Sr., of Gaddis Road, Oakboro, reported the larceny of a lawn mower, Oct. 18.

• Donnie L. Furr, of Efird Road, Albemarle, reported a breaking and entering and larceny of a rifle, Oct. 16.

• Dorothy Mae Allen, of Deland Drive, Norwood, reported a breaking and entering, damage to door, larceny of coins, jewelry and tools, Oct. 16.

• Edward Lee Foreman, of Old Davis Road, Norwood, reported the larceny of ATV and damage to steel cable, Oct. 17.

• Rosa Belle Burris, of Laton Road, Albemarle, reported damage to a window shutter, Oct. 17.

• Hinson’s Auction House, Oak Ridge Road, Oakboro, reported an antique lighter and Topps flip cards being shoplifted, Oct. 17.

• Tony Talbert, of Palestine Road, Albemarle, reported the larceny of guns, Oct. 17.

• Robert Rene Cuellar, of Rocky River Road, Oakboro, reported an assault with a deadly weapon, Oct. 16.

• Zula Bernice Little, of Rocky River Road, Oakboro, was issued a warrant on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon, Oct. 16.

• Jeffrey Tyler Morton, of High Street, Albemarle, was arrested on a charge of larceny of firearm and safe cracking, Oct. 17.

• Michael Curtis Freeman, of Austin Road, Locust, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, Oct. 17.

• Jeffrey Lynn Anderson, of Love Street, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, Oct. 18.

• Christy Jane Fraley, of Columbus Avenue, Albemarle, was issued a citation for possession of open container, Oct. 18.

• Christine Marie Holste, of Lake Tillery Road, Albemarle, was issued a warrant on a charge of assault on government official and RDO, Oct. 18.

• Anthony Steven Carrillo, of Walnut Street, Albemarle, was issued a citation for possession of alcohol under 21, Oct. 17.

• Zachary Carter Williamson, of North Fourth Street, Albemarle, was issued a citation for consuming alcohol under 21 and trespassing, Oct. 17.

• Morgan Ann Aldridge, of Yadkin Brick Road, New London, was issued a citation for consuming alcohol under 21 and trespassing, Oct. 17.

• David Lee Smith, of Wood Street, Albemarle, was issued a citation for trespass and possession of alcohol under 21, Oct. 17.
