• Joseph Price Leonard, 29, was arrested on a charge of stalking, at West Mason Street, Feb. 24.
• Lisa Michelle Freeman, 32, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear, at South Third Street, Feb. 24.
• Satish Kumar Sehgal, 46, was arrested on a charge of counterfeit trade mark violation, at N.C. 24-27 Bypass East, Feb. 24.
• Cleveland Andrew Mclendon, 27, was arrested on a charge of simple assault, at East Mason Street, Feb. 24.
• Miguel Angel Ramirez Gonzalez, 25, was issued a citation for a suspended/ revoked license, on U.S. 52 North at Knollwood Circle, Feb. 24.

57 nursing homes win enhancement grants
