• Tiana Burris Macphee, of East Main Street, Locust, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of worthless check, Feb. 19.
• James Matthew Morris, of Wood Street, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, Feb. 19.
• Betty Thomas Morton, of Bear Claw Road, Oakboro, was issued a warrant on a charge of assault and battery and communicating threats, Feb. 19.
• North Stanly Automotive, East Church Street, Richfield, reported a larceny of catalytic converters, Feb. 22.
• Modular Homes on NC, Parker Lane, Rich-field, reported vandalism of solar deck lights, Feb. 22.

57 nursing homes win enhancement grants
