Jennifer Ann Saunders and Peter William Esposito were united in marriage on September 22, 2012, at The Lodge on Hatley Farm Road, Albemarle. The Reverend Elizabeth McNair Ayscue officiated the 5 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Sandy W. Saunders of Albemarle and the late Mr. Steve W. Saunders. Her grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Warner of Troy and the late Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Saunders of New London. She is the Graphic Art Manager at BSN Medical in Charlotte.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter L. Esposito of Watertown, N.Y. His grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Esposito and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Davidson, all of Watertown, N.Y. He is the Owner/Operator of Harris Communications in Rock Hill, S.C.
Maid of honor was Ms. Stacey Saunders, sister of the bride, of Matthews. Bridesmaids were Ms. Marcie Whitson of Fort Mill, S.C.; Mrs. Becky Ebert of Lewisville; Mrs. Lorie Ohman of Hickory, sister of the groom; and Mrs. Lynn Pietroski of Sackets Harbor, N.Y., sister of the groom.
Best man was Harris Esposito, son of the groom, of Rock Hill, S.C. Groomsmen were Mr. Mark Esposito, brother of the groom, of Watertown, N.Y.; Mr. Brian Carter of Charlotte; Mr. Martin Fraser of London, N.H.; and Mr. Brian Wood of Syracuse, N.Y.
Program and registry attendants were Miss Lilly Hanus and Miss Carolyn Goins. Mrs. Ann Snuggs was the wedding and floral planner. The wedding director was Mrs. Lydia Morgan.
The reception was at The Lodge on Hatley Farm following the ceremony.
A rehearsal dinner was at The Lodge on Hatley Farm after the rehearsal and was hosted by friends of the bride and groom.
The couple honeymooned in Aruba. After the honeymoon, the couple is residing at 305 Brookwood Lane in Rock Hill, S.C.
