Tuesday, October 2, 2012 —
Brittany Renee Harkey of Locust and Will Howard Isenhour of Richfield were united in marriage on Saturday, September 29, 2012, at Market Station in Albemarle. Elder Brannon Hooven officiated the 5 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Chad and Crystal Clayton and Terry Harkey, all of Locust. She graduated from West Stanly High School in 2010 and received a two year Associate of Arts degree from Stanly Community College. She is currently attending Pfeiffer University to pursue a business degree.
The groom is the son of Howard and Ivey Sue Isenhour of Richfield. He graduated from North Stanly High School in 2005. He is employed with BRS in Richfield as a Project Manager/Estimator.
The bride was given in marriage by Chad Clayton.
The bride wore a one piece, sheath style one-shoulder neckline and corset closure gown. Contemporary chic, this stretch satin is ruched asymmetrically across the waist and flaunts a remarkable pick-up train feature. A single shoulder strap and dramatic crystal brooch detail draws focus to the neckline.
Maid of honor was Kasey Isenhour. Bridesmaids were Alyssa Harkey and Katy Huneycutt. Flower girl was Eaven Claire Hopkins.
Howard Isenhour served his son as best man. Ushers were Will Davis and Jacob Vanhoy.
Soloist was Kim Helms.
A reception hosted by the parents of the bride immediately followed the ceremony at Market Station in Albemarle.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents at their home in Richfield on the eve of the wedding.
Following the wedding, the couple is residing in Richfield.
