Tuesday, January 3, 2012 —
Drusilla Ruth Hatley and Neil Anderson Brewer were united in marriage on December 4, 2011 at Covenant Church in Winterville, N.C. Rev. Jay Buckingham officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Susan Hatley of Oakboro. Her grandparents are Benton and the late Margie Blalock and the late Arthur and Pearline Hatley, Locust.
The groom is the son of Larry Brewer of Dripping Springs, Texas and Marcia Barnes of Wilson. His grandparents are Alma May and the late Selby Bass of Wilson and the late Willis and Zelma Brewer of Wilson.
The bride wore an altered version of her maternal grandmother’s handmade 35th wedding anniversary vow renewal dress.
Bridesmaids were Holly Killebrew of Greenville and Rainy Eyrich of Bluffton, S.C.
Groomsmen were Larry Brewer, father of the groom, and cousin, Selby Bass III of Wilson.
After a honeymoon trip to Pawley’s Island, S.C., the couple is residing in Greenville.
