Sunday, March 7, 2010 — Jack “Jay” and Kelley Phillips Jr. of Albemarle, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kellyn Phillips, to Ronnie Barger, son of Stephen and Mary Anne Barger of Tampa, Fla. Miss Phillips obtained a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and is currently working at CorVel Corporation in Tampa, Fla. Mr. Barger graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor of arts in travel and tourism management. He is employed by Ed Morse Cadillac in Tampa, Fla. A wedding is planned for April 10, 2010, at Ybor City Museum Garden in Tampa, Fla.
