Miss Fair graduated from Albemarle High School in 1999 and attended Stanly Community College and Central Piedmont Community College. Mr. Barnes is a 1998 graduate of SouthWest Edgecomb High School and is self-employed. A wedding is planned for October 2010 in Rocky Mount.
