John R. Nance is a candidate to serve as District Court Judge in the counties of Anson, Richmond and Stanly.
He has legal experience of 20 years in the areas of: adoptions, criminal law, family law, guardianship, incompetency proceedings, juvenile and traffic. He serves as a volunteer judge for teen court in Judical District 19A.
His bar memberships are North Carolina State Bar, Virginia State Bar, US District Court of the Middle District of North Carolina, US District court for the eastern District of Virginia, US District Court for Maryland, US Court of Appeals for the Fourth District and the US Supreme Court.
His qualifications to serve as District Court Judge speak for themselves. But above everything, we personally know John Nance as a man of integrity, honesty and truthfulness. He will treat everyone fairly and honestly if he is elected, because that is the kind of man he is.
America has seen the moral decline of government officials far too long. If John Nance is elected, Anson, Richmond and Stanly counties can rest assured that our District Court Judge will be the Judge with the highest morals and integrity in America.
Yes, John Nance definitely has our vote.

Budget tips
The government has a problem with the budget. Why? The Republicans and the Democrats blame one another. Why? Don’t they both spend the money? Foolishly.
