Alexander Operates

(Oct. 10, 2008) Cmdr. Brian Alexander performs eye surgery on twin brothers from the Dominican Republic to correct their Strabismus. Alexander participates in Operation Continuing Promise, which is a humanitarian assistance program based on the USS Kearsarge, LHD-3, an amphibious assault ship.
